Director of Platform Programs

Job Summary

To support the transformation of the Platform organization, the remote, full-time Director of Platform Programs will manage roadmap planning, oversee the end-to-end development process, and drive project execution while serving as the primary liaison between the Platform org and central functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and facilitate the quarterly and annual roadmap planning process, ensuring alignment between business goals and delivery commitments
• Design and manage the end-to-end development process, including the intake framework and prioritization of feature requests
• Track project execution across the Platform org, proactively identifying risks and facilitating resolution of blockers

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in program management or senior operational roles within a product or technology organization
• Proven experience in building operating models and frameworks from the ground up
• Deep understanding of agile product delivery and experience in designing intake and prioritization frameworks
• Strong command of project management methodologies, including planning cadences and executive reporting
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus
