Job Summary
Leading the vision and strategy for Population Health products, the full-time remote Director of Population Health will manage a high-performing product organization and drive customer and business outcomes by collaborating with cross-functional teams across healthcare technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for Population Health, aligning product priorities with market and customer needs
- Lead customer and market discovery to identify unmet needs and drive product adoption
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders in healthcare organizations to shape product direction and enhance adoption
Required Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in healthcare technology
- Deep understanding of US healthcare, with expertise in Population Health and/or Value-Based Care
- Proven experience owning strategy for complex enterprise platforms
- Experience leading and developing senior product teams
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-level stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
