Director of Portfolio Management
Job Summary
To support the growth of a dynamic organization, the full-time remote Director of Portfolio Management will build, implement, and enhance portfolio governance practices while serving as a key liaison among various stakeholders to drive effective project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership in portfolio management processes and support the development of vision and roadmap
- Establish and maintain an up-to-date roadmap of the Enterprise Portfolio, communicating assessments and plans to stakeholders
- Act as a servant leader for the Portfolio Management team, overseeing career planning and professional development of team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, MBA preferred
- 10+ years of senior-level experience managing projects, programs, and portfolios in complex organizations
- 5+ years of experience in Portfolio Governance and in a people leadership role
- Experience with Portfolio Management Capabilities, including demand management and portfolio prioritization
- Proven ability to manage multiple large, complex business and IT projects/programs simultaneously
