Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership for the development and delivery of diagnostic products, the full-time salaried Director of Precision Medicine will oversee diagnostic development, validation, and companion diagnostic delivery while collaborating across the enterprise to align diagnostic strategies with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Precision Medicine initiatives on asset development, brand, and translational medicine
- Develop and execute Precision Medicine strategies for in vitro diagnostic programs, including various assay techniques
- Coordinate activities between internal development teams and external diagnostic partners to ensure the delivery of critical milestones
Required qualifications
- Advanced technical degree (e.g., MSc, PhD) required
- 5-7 years' experience in assay and IVD development, including analytical validation and commercialization
- Experience in the diagnostic and pharmaceutical industries, particularly with oncology biomarkers
- Broad working knowledge of biomarker and IVD platforms
- Demonstrated matrix leadership skills and ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines
