Job Summary
Leading a small pricing team, the full-time remote Director of Pricing will develop and execute competitive pricing strategies for complex U.S. Government opportunities while advising executive leadership and managing high-priority pricing pursuits.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the pricing function, including workload allocation, quality standards, and team development
- Develop and execute pricing strategies for major bids, guiding cost volume activities from RFP analysis to final submission
- Direct Price-to-Win activities and ensure compliance with RFP requirements and corporate policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
- 16 years of experience in U.S. Government contractor pricing, including three years as the lead pricing resource on complex pursuits
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Government contracting and pricing requirements, including FAR and DFARS
- Proven ability to develop pricing strategies and perform detailed pricing analyses
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with complex pricing models
