Director of Pricing Analytics

Job Summary

Seeking a highly technical and analytically driven Director of Pricing Analytics to work full-time remotely, responsible for building and owning internal pricing intelligence capabilities, designing annual price increase programs, and developing data infrastructure and models to inform pricing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage the annual price increase program, providing analytical models and insights to drive pricing recommendations
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines for pricing data, ensuring data quality and automation through AI/ML tooling
• Lead the development of a modern pricing review tool that integrates seamlessly with sales processes and captures pricing recommendations and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex query writing and optimization
• Strong skills in Python and/or R for data modeling and statistical analysis
• Hands-on experience with PowerBI for building dashboards and delivering business insights
• Experience in building and managing ETL pipelines with large-scale datasets
• Demonstrated ability to translate analytical outputs into actionable business recommendations
