Job Summary
Seeking a strategic leader, the full-time remote Director of Privileged Access Management will manage the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization's privileged access and non-human identity capabilities, ensuring effective protection of sensitive identities and credentials.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the enterprise strategy for Privileged Access Management and Non-Human Identity Security
- Establish governance and operational standards for privileged access across various platforms and systems
- Lead and develop teams focused on identity security, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in Identity Security, Cybersecurity, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles managing teams or identity programs
- Experience with Privileged Access Management platforms and practices
- Familiarity with Zero Trust and Just-In-Time access controls
