Director of Process Development

Job Summary

Leading the development and implementation of standardized operating processes, the full-time remote Director of Process Development will enhance project execution and operational consistency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized field operating procedures and practices to improve operational consistency across projects
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance field execution, operational efficiency, and project outcomes
• Oversee the rollout and adoption of new operating processes while monitoring their effectiveness across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, project management, or process improvement
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing standardized operational processes across multiple teams or projects
• Strong knowledge of large-scale project execution and field management practices
• Experience leading organizational change and operational transformation initiatives
