Director of Process Improvement

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Process Improvement will identify and implement operational enhancements to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency while working remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process redesign efforts to enhance service performance
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate and transform operating models, driving execution of strategic initiatives
• Establish performance metrics and analyze operational data to inform continuous improvement efforts

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or related fields
• At least 5 years leading large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives in a healthcare environment
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong background in developing KPIs and performance management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
