Job Summary
Utilizing extensive business expertise, the full-time Director of Process Improvement will lead and drive complex large-scale initiatives remotely, focusing on analyzing and improving business processes while collaborating with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Support strategy for complex business transformational priorities
- Provide directional oversight for execution of complex business cases, assessing feasibility, opportunities, risks, and return on investment
- Lead the activation of strategic and policy guidance on initiatives to maximize effective implementation and results
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of healthcare or insurance industry experience leading large-scale initiatives
- Operations experience preferred
- CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI preferred
