Director of Process Improvement
Job Summary
Leading complex large-scale initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Process Improvement will analyze existing business processes, drive sustainable improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Support strategy for complex business transformational priorities
- Provide oversight for execution of business cases, assessing feasibility, risks, and return on investment
- Collect and analyze process data to recommend practices that enhance effectiveness and productivity
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in the healthcare or insurance industry leading large-scale initiatives
- Operations experience preferred
- CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI preferred
