Director of Process Management
Job Summary
Leading the optimization of end-to-end business processes, the fully remote Director of Process Management will define, document, and manage process frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve quality
- Lead root-cause analysis and process mapping initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in process management or related roles
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
- Knowledge of 401k, 403b, and 457 plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Apps such as Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
