Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership in a complex cross-functional environment, the full-time Director of Process Optimization will oversee operations, drive continuous process improvement, and manage a team to optimize organizational performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and provide strategic direction for business operations and corporate functions
• Oversee cross-functional activities and initiatives to deliver insights and recommendations for process improvement
• Develop and implement business plans while ensuring compliance with processes and systems

Required qualifications

• Life science graduate or healthcare-related qualification with extensive pharmacovigilance experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience in pharmacovigilance from a service provider environment
• Proven track record in process optimization and implementation management
• Advanced project management skills and knowledge of process improvement methodologies
• Superior understanding of clinical trials and regulatory guidelines
