Director of Process Optimization
Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership in a full-time remote capacity, the Director of Process Optimization will manage operations and resourcing, drive continuous process improvement, and oversee cross-functional initiatives to optimize organizational performance in the pharmacovigilance sector.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of cross-functional activities, delivering strategic insights and recommendations for process improvement
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic business plans and initiatives
- Provide administrative oversight of the department, including staffing, budgeting, and talent development
Required qualifications
- Life science graduate or healthcare-related qualification with extensive pharmacovigilance experience
- Proven leadership experience in pharmacovigilance from a service provider environment
- Experience in process optimization and implementation management
- Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is a plus
- Outstanding project management and interpersonal skills
