Director of Procurement
Job Summary
To support strategic procurement initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Procurement will manage purchasing strategies, vendor relationships, and supply chain operations, ensuring cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement plans to align with operational and financial goals for new and existing products
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and reduce costs and lead times
- Identify and qualify new suppliers, maintaining strong partnerships focused on quality and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of global supply chain leadership experience in an omni-channel environment
- Proven track record in co-manufacturing and managing relationships with domestic and international contract manufacturers
- Hands-on experience with ERP, WMS, and e-commerce platforms to drive operational efficiency
- Strong business acumen in inventory management, financial forecasting, and spend management
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
