Job Summary
Leading the procurement and subcontracting functions for Department of Defense programs, the full-time Director of Procurement will build a compliant and efficient supply chain organization while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure mission delivery and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the supply chain and subcontracts team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Establish and maintain enterprise purchasing systems and policies in compliance with FAR, DFARS, and CPSR standards
- Oversee the full procure-to-pay lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, and administration of subcontracts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or subcontract management
- Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint, particularly in procurement and subcontract modules
- Thorough knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and CPSR requirements in a government contracting context
- Experience supporting government audits conducted by DCMA and DCAA
