Director of Procurement Strategy
Job Summary
Leading the forward agenda for Procure-to-Pay, the full-time salaried Director of Procurement Strategy will define the multi-year roadmap, drive automation and AI initiatives, and negotiate high-value vendor relationships while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the multi-year P2P strategy and transformation roadmap, including investment business cases
- Lead complex vendor negotiations and establish commercial strategies for strategic partnerships
- Manage and develop a team, ensuring alignment with the transformation agenda and fostering a culture of high-quality work
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or finance transformation with a focus on strategy and change
- Proven track record in leading high-value vendor negotiations
- Experience managing and developing teams effectively
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end transformation agendas
- Fluency with modern P2P/source-to-pay technology and its value in driving efficiency
