Director of Product

Job Summary

Leading a high-impact product team, the full-time remote Director of Product will manage a team of builders, oversee the integrated product roadmap, and ensure alignment across engineering, data, and go-to-market functions while driving product metrics and strategy documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of 4 direct reports, setting goals and providing feedback to enhance their professional growth
• Maintain a coherent integrated roadmap and capacity plan that aligns with engineering and data capabilities
• Drive cross-company product cadences, facilitating meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication across teams

Required qualifications

• Experience managing a team of PMs, TPMs, or designers with a focus on team growth and development
• Proven track record of owning a company-level product roadmap and reconciling it with engineering and data capacity
• Strong metrics fluency with the ability to define and manage a product metrics stack
• Experience in creating and maintaining product strategy documentation such as OKRs and strategy decks
• Demonstrated stakeholder management across engineering, go-to-market, and customer success teams
