Job Summary
Leading a hybrid/remote product management team, the full-time salaried Director of Product will manage PMs, shape product strategy, and drive the development of complex data products while balancing hands-on initiatives and team coaching.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop product managers, ensuring accountability for product outcomes and individual growth
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to define product scope, priorities, and delivery readiness
- Evaluate new opportunities and communicate roadmap changes to align with customer value and business objectives
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing product managers
- Experience leading small product teams and contributing directly to product work
- Strong product judgment with a proven track record of impactful decision-making
- Experience bringing complex B2B data or ML products to market
- Ability to design meaningful product measures and interpret results effectively
