Director of Product
Job Summary
Owning the business of a set of pharmacy products, the full-time remote Director of Product will manage product roadmaps, drive adoption, and collaborate with commercial teams to launch new offerings while leveraging AI tools for product development.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and quarterly priorities for product areas, ensuring alignment with team capacity
- Conduct monthly business reviews to assess adoption, customer issues, and revenue signals
- Lead customer engagement through regular conversations to gather feedback and inform product decisions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in product management for B2B or enterprise SaaS, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Pharmacology, or a related field
- Demonstrated record of owning product outcomes such as adoption and revenue
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, including building prototypes and evaluating their effectiveness
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting on product metrics independently
