Director of Product

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and development of a new AI-enabled physician accounts receivable product, the full-time remote Director of Product will manage cross-functional alignment, guide product execution, and drive measurable business outcomes while leveraging healthcare revenue cycle expertise.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for the physician accounts receivable solution, balancing customer needs and business objectives
• Partner with engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and ensure successful product adoption
• Lead product development through agile practices, providing vision, direction, and maintaining alignment across teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of product leadership experience in complex technology products
• Deep healthcare domain expertise, particularly in revenue cycle management and financial operations
• Proven track record of translating customer insights into successful products
• Strong command of Agile product development and cross-functional execution
• Exceptional ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
