Director of Product
Job Summary
To support a fast-moving company focused on value-based care, the remote Director of Product will own the internal platform for prioritizing and routing work across teams, leveraging data and AI to enhance decision-making and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own VBCOS end to end, including prioritization logic, data model, and user experience
- Define and vet the data model and source systems feeding the tool, ensuring data integrity
- Build prototypes and collaborate with engineering and data teams to drive product development and user adoption
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management with experience in software and data/analytics products
- Proven track record of building and maintaining internally developed software
- Experience with Medicare Advantage and value-based care workflows preferred
- Hands-on experience with modern data stacks and BI tools
- Familiarity with AI features in production products and modern product/engineering tooling
