Job Summary

To define and lead the product strategy for Family Building Navigation, the full-time remote Director of Product will manage the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for an integrated navigation experience while collaborating across multiple teams to enhance member engagement and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define the long-term direction for Family Building Navigation, translating complex needs into a focused portfolio and measurable goals
• Improve member engagement by designing seamless experiences that enhance understanding and access to benefits and programs
• Collaborate with various teams to align on requirements, dependencies, and shared outcomes, ensuring effective implementation and service delivery

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or closely related experience, particularly in digital health or complex service environments
• Proven track record of owning a product area with accountability for vision, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes
• Experience in designing scalable navigation or engagement experiences that integrate digital capabilities with personalized support
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with experience in evaluating service capacity and business impact
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills, capable of influencing diverse senior stakeholders
