Director of Product

Job Summary

To lead product initiatives for ramps and identity surfaces, the full-time salaried Director of Product will work remotely, collaborating directly with the CTO and managing multiple engineering leads to drive product strategy, execution, and customer experience in the fintech global payments sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product for funding and payout processes, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving rail and provider strategy
• Lead the development of identity verification products, enhancing customer onboarding and leveraging verified identity for improved service delivery
• Manage a team of engineering leads, setting priorities, maintaining quality, and ensuring coherence across product areas while owning the overall product roadmap

Required qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States and U.S.-based
• 8+ years in product management with a proven track record of owning outcomes and leading teams
• Deep understanding of blockchain, crypto payment ecosystems, and experience with crypto on/off-ramps and banking integrations
• Experience with KYC/KYB and identity verification products
• Strong communication skills to effectively present products to stakeholders and partners
