Job Summary
To lead technological transformation and product development, the full-time remote Director of Product and Technology will manage the technical implementation of the product roadmap, oversee the technology stack, and supervise technical staff while ensuring alignment with Propel America's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the technology roadmap for Propel's products, ensuring responsiveness to user needs
- Manage the integrity and security of the technology stack, including overseeing the Salesforce Administrator and Junior Product Developer
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate technology solutions into product development and ensure data accuracy across systems
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in product development or technology, with 3+ years in a management role
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and experience managing technology vendors
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with AI integration and managing sensitive data
- Proven ability to foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
