Director of Product, Client Success

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on client program launches and growth, the full-time Director of Product, Client Success will manage product delivery, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and maintain strong client relationships in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product side of launching new client programs, including scope, sequencing, and risk management
• Develop and manage the roadmap for expanding and improving programs post-launch, aligned with client and organizational outcomes
• Maintain a close partnership with platform product and engineering teams to ensure client work aligns with platform capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with director-level experience leading a team and delivering on external commitments
• Strong outcome orientation, with the ability to articulate program impacts and changes effectively
• Experience managing engineering resources against fixed deadlines and making prioritization decisions
• Demonstrated credibility in client-facing situations, capable of leading executive-level conversations
• Proven ability to coach and develop junior product managers, fostering a reliable execution team
