Job Summary

Leading product design initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Product Design will manage user discovery, oversee design standards across various platforms, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, with the flexibility to work remotely or from New York or Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product design across the portfolio, ensuring high standards for user experience and accessibility
• Plan and conduct user discovery sessions, translating insights into actionable design directions
• Maintain and extend the product design system, focusing on AI-powered product experiences and compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in product design with a portfolio showcasing complex, workflow-heavy products
• Experience in health tech or life sciences product design is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of managing a design system in production
• Experience designing for AI-assisted or conversational product surfaces
• Strong hands-on skills in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
