Job Summary

Leading a high-performing design team, the full-time salaried Director of Product Design will drive the strategy and execution of the buyer experience for millions of users, focusing on customer acquisition, activation, and retention in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale a team of product designers across the buyer funnel, ensuring high design quality and consistency
• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution for the buyer experience in collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Champion design culture through mentorship and feedback, while representing design in executive conversations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction and visual design skills with a track record of successful product launches
• Proven success in designing customer-facing experiences across a complex funnel
• Deep expertise in interaction design, systems thinking, and user-centered design principles
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or live shopping platforms is a major plus
