Job Summary

Leading a talented design team, the full-time Director of Product Design will set the experience vision for a unified data security platform, defining interaction patterns for human and AI collaboration while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design experience across the platform, ensuring a cohesive user experience
• Define the next-generation experience vision, focusing on the collaboration between humans and AI agents
• Lead and coach a team of product designers, enhancing design standards and fostering a culture of evidence-based decision-making

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in product design, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in setting and delivering an experience vision for complex enterprise software
• Familiarity with AI-powered product experiences and a strong understanding of trust and transparency in design
• Strong systems thinking skills, with the ability to create effective design systems
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and representing customer experiences effectively
