Job Summary
Leading a team of product designers, the full-time Director of Product Design will develop a coherent user experience strategy across ASI's software portfolio, focusing on modernizing enterprise workflows while ensuring usability, accessibility, and consistency in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and developing product designers while establishing design standards and collaboration with product teams
- Defining a portfolio-wide UX vision that balances individual product needs with shared patterns for a consistent user experience
- Owning the evolution of a scalable design system and leading research and usability validation with key users
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in digital product design, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in modernizing complex B2B SaaS or enterprise software products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user research and measurable product outcomes
- Deep proficiency with Figma and UXPin, including design systems and developer handoff
- Experience using AI-assisted design and rapid prototyping tools to validate concepts
