Director of Product Development
Job Summary
Driving the design and execution of innovative products and services, the full-time remote Director of Product Development will define the product development strategy, manage large-scale projects, and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure product success and alignment with company goals.
Key responsibilities
- Creates and communicates the strategic product vision while managing change and motivating teams to achieve company objectives
- Defines and launches new products and features, collaborating closely with project management and development teams to drive product adoption
- Develops strategic business relationships with key client decision-makers to ensure high-level engagement and alignment with product strategies
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred
- Fifteen or more years of experience in technical product design and delivering products to market
- Ten or more years in a supervisory or management capacity
- Experience with the product development life cycle at all levels of complexity
- Familiarity with technology architecture, mainframes, and related technologies
