Director of Product, Insurance

Job Summary

Leading a team of product managers, the remote Director of Product, Insurance will set the platform vision and roadmap, oversee the rebuild of insurance technology systems, and ensure alignment with business needs while managing complex, regulated business systems in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the platform product vision and roadmap, connecting business priorities to clear, achievable plans
• Lead the rebuild and migration of existing products and workflows while supporting ongoing business operations
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business needs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 2-3 years in a product leadership or senior IC role
• Direct experience building and managing complex, regulated business systems in production
• Strong product management skills, including setting direction and delivering complex initiatives
• Experience modernizing or replacing existing systems and managing user transitions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and business leaders in a regulated industry
