Director of Product Management
Job Summary
Leading the product strategy for SS&C Health's engagement portfolio, the full-time Director of Product Management will define and execute the vision, roadmap, and investment priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the engagement portfolio, focusing on digital experiences and service capabilities
- Drive roadmap execution from strategy through development, release, and measurement, ensuring alignment among stakeholders
- Engage with clients and prospects to understand their needs and translate them into scalable product opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology, product management, or consumer engagement
- 5+ years of product leadership experience with enterprise healthcare platforms or complex consumer-facing solutions
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and member experience ecosystems
- Experience in developing digital experiences, contact center capabilities, or omnichannel engagement platforms
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
