Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the Growth Platforms organization, the remote Director of Product Management will define and drive the product strategy for promotions, loyalty, CRM, and marketing data capabilities, while managing a team of Product Managers to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Growth Platforms, focusing on promotions, loyalty, and marketing data
• Develop a unified promotions platform to support various products and customer segments
• Collaborate with Marketing and other teams to enhance CRM capabilities and create actionable customer segments

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience building data-intensive growth, marketing, or customer data platforms
• Strong technical fluency and experience with data architecture and integrations
• Demonstrated ability to define multi-year product strategies and translate them into actionable roadmaps
• Experience with large-scale consumer platforms or businesses with sophisticated personalization capabilities
