Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the Growth Platforms organization, the remote Director of Product Management will define product strategy and oversee the development of technology and data capabilities to enhance customer growth, engagement, and retention in online gaming and digital retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for promotions, loyalty, CRM, customer segmentation, and marketing data
• Lead the development of a unified promotions and offers platform that supports multiple products and channels
• Build data and segmentation capabilities to enable personalized offers and experiences based on customer behavior

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in building data-intensive growth, marketing, or CRM platforms at scale
• Strong technical fluency with data architecture and integrations
• Demonstrated ability to define multi-year product strategies and translate them into actionable roadmaps
• Experience with large-scale consumer platforms or businesses with sophisticated personalization capabilities is a plus
