Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a team of product managers, the remote Director of Product Management will define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Core Products, focusing on foundational experiences in Identity & Trust, Payments & Fraud, and Internal Tools to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Core Products across Identity & Trust, Payments & Fraud, and Internal Tools
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers, ensuring clear ownership and accountability across the portfolio
• Establish clear KPIs and utilize customer insights and data to prioritize investments and measure outcomes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience managing managers and senior individual contributors across multiple product areas
• Strong technical fluency with experience in complex platform domains such as identity, payments, and compliance
• Demonstrated ability to balance customer experience, growth, risk, and regulatory requirements
• Experience in regulated digital businesses, such as online gaming or fintech, is a plus
