Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the Core Products organization, the remote Director of Product Management will define and drive the product strategy for foundational experiences in Identity & Trust, Payments & Fraud, and Internal Tools while managing multiple product teams and collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Core Products across key domains
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers, establishing clear ownership and accountability
• Improve payment performance and customer funding experiences while ensuring compliance and risk management

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience managing teams across multiple product areas and setting product strategy
• Strong technical fluency with experience in complex platform domains such as identity and payments
• Demonstrated ability to balance customer experience with regulatory requirements and operational needs
• Experience in regulated digital businesses such as online gaming or fintech is a plus
