Director of Product Management
Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction and operational execution of a proprietary software platform, the full-time remote Director of Product Management and IT Operations will manage the product roadmap, oversee IT infrastructure, and ensure compliance with security standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with the global product manager to define and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating with the offshore software development team
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including helpdesk support and resolution of operational issues
Required qualifications:
- Extensive experience in product management with a strong background in software development and project management
- Direct experience in the employee benefits or benefits administration technology space
- Practical knowledge of IT operations, helpdesk support, and cybersecurity principles
- Familiarity with SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance requirements
- Experience managing a global or offshore development team
