Job Summary
Leading the Hardware Product Management organization, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will define product strategy, manage the Drive-Thru product portfolio, and oversee a team of Product Managers to drive profitable growth across hardware solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and business performance for the Drive-Thru product portfolio
- Lead market research and product positioning activities to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements
- Mentor and develop the Hardware Product Management team while establishing scalable product management processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of Product Management experience with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success managing complex hardware and technology product portfolios
- Experience with product lifecycle management and go-to-market execution
- Strong understanding of revenue growth opportunities and business performance metrics
