Director of Product Management
Job Summary
Defining the multi-year strategy for the ClickHouse Cloud platform, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will lead product direction for cloud capabilities such as multi-region replication and disaster recovery while collaborating closely with engineering leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Define the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud, focusing on cloud-native database capabilities
- Partner with Engineering leadership to prioritize investments and ensure the platform evolves with customer needs
- Coach and mentor Product Managers, driving prioritization and maintaining a cohesive platform strategy
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of Product Management experience in cloud infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, or database products
- Demonstrated ability to influence product direction across multiple engineering teams
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with databases such as ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
