Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction and operational execution of a proprietary software platform, the remote Director of Product Management and IT Operations will define the product roadmap, oversee product development, and ensure IT infrastructure stability and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the global product manager to define and manage the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including user feedback analysis and collaboration with the development team
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations and ensure compliance with security standards while managing stakeholder relationships
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in product management with a strong background in software development
- Direct experience in the employee benefits or benefits administration technology sector
- Proven ability to create software solutions that address complex problems
- Practical knowledge of IT operations, helpdesk support, and cybersecurity principles
- Familiarity with SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance requirements is highly desirable
