Job Summary

Leading the enterprise job acquisition and processing strategy, the remote full-time Director of Product Management - Job Ingestion will manage the evolution of web scraping, API integrations, and job parsing architectures while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year Job Ingestion strategy to enhance job processing and its impact on search relevance and candidate engagement
• Translate technical data concepts into executive narratives and investment proposals for leadership alignment
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure predictable delivery and maintain high standards for data quality and governance

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of product management or technical leadership experience in large-scale data platforms or event-driven architectures
• Strong technical background in data engineering, with hands-on experience in data extraction and cloud ecosystem components
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data challenges to executive leadership
• Proven ability to drive alignment in highly matrixed environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
