Director of Product Management

Job Summary

To lead the sales and acquisition strategy for the core term product line, the remote Director of Product Management will manage a dedicated team to enhance merchant onboarding, optimize sales enablement, and drive acquisition integrations.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and implement a compelling product vision for the acquisition funnel, translating company strategy into actionable priorities
• Drive user research and discovery to ensure a frictionless onboarding experience for merchants
• Oversee the development lifecycle, establishing strong product routines and processes to enhance execution and time-to-market

Required qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role within Fintech, B2B SaaS, or SMB Lending
• Deep understanding of the small business lending and fintech landscape, focusing on B2B sales cycles and customer journey optimization
• Proven track record of managing growth or acquisition product teams and optimizing sales funnels
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and eager to explore AI integration in product features
• Exceptional leadership skills in gaining buy-in for product vision and resolving stakeholder disagreements
