Director of Product Management
Job Summary
Leading a small, senior team of product managers, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management will manage product strategy and execution, drive customer-focused outcomes, and enhance the product portfolio while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of product managers, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery cadence
- Drive the prioritization and measurement framework for product initiatives, focusing on customer and business impact
- Implement and oversee the Voice of Customer strategy to inform product decisions and enhance user experience
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management, including mentoring or managing other PMs
- Proven track record of leading successful B2B software product portfolios
- Experience in establishing or enhancing a product operating system within a growing team
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Engineering and Design teams
- Experience in vertical SaaS, HCM/HR tech, or the construction industry is a strong plus
