Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of product strategy for value-based payments, the full-time Director of Product Management will oversee a team of product managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive product innovation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and articulating a clear product strategy aligned with business goals and market trends
• Managing and mentoring a team of product managers to ensure alignment with company objectives and successful product roadmaps
• Collaborating with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure effective product development and delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, computer science, etc.)
• 10+ years of experience in product management or related roles
• 5+ years of experience in a health plan environment with value-based care contracting models
• Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market
• Strong understanding of product development processes and ability to leverage AI tools in product lifecycle management
