Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy and roadmap for the WSO2 Agent Platform, the full-time Director of Product Management will manage pricing, packaging, and adoption metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for agentic AI platform capabilities
• Establish competitive positioning against market competitors and define pricing and packaging models
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and field engineering to drive go-to-market initiatives and revenue outcomes

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years in product management with at least 3+ years managing an enterprise platform product in the AI space
• Experience in problem-first discovery with enterprise customers and translating technical needs into product features
• Domain knowledge in agentic AI, including orchestration frameworks and AI governance
• Background in AI platforms, middleware, integration, or identity management, preferably in a relevant company
• Experience with open-source commercialization and understanding of community adoption impacting enterprise revenue
