Director of Product Management
Job Summary
The Director of Product Management will turn customer and market evidence into portfolio choices, product priorities, and field adoption in a remote, full-time capacity, connecting customers, GTM, Advisory, and Halborn Lab while building the readiness to take Halborn's solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the market-facing management of Halborn's solution portfolio, ensuring coherent architecture and alignment with customer needs
- Conduct structured discovery with customers to capture requirements and translate them into product and solution priorities
- Develop and improve customer-facing solution materials and coordinate go-to-market readiness for new products and modules
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in B2B technology, cybersecurity, financial services, enterprise software, fintech, or digital assets
- Strong knowledge of the financial-services ecosystem, including banking, capital markets, custody, and asset management
- Experience in field product management, product marketing, or sales enablement
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for senior customers
- Cybersecurity expertise within financial services or digital assets is a strong advantage
