Director of Product Management
Job Summary
To support Jopari Solutions' expansion of healthcare technology, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will define product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure alignment with company objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the assigned product portfolio
- Translate market insights into clear product portfolio objectives and business requirements for execution
- Establish a transparent prioritization process that balances strategic initiatives and operational needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology or related regulated environments
- Demonstrated ownership of product strategy and lifecycle management in a senior product role
- Experience leading product lifecycle activities from concept through launch, including pricing and positioning
- Working knowledge of SaaS product delivery, Agile operating models, and tools such as Jira and Confluence
