Director of Product Management
Job Summary
Leading a team of product managers, the full-time Director of Product Management will own the product strategy for enhancing developer capabilities on the Now platform, focusing on areas such as developer reach, testing, and deployment of AI and human-generated code, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap across Developer Reach, Developer Sandboxes, Agentic Testing, and Release Ops
- Build, lead, and develop a team of product managers, setting standards for product craft and execution
- Drive the Developer Reach strategy, ensuring safe and governed production building with admin control and guardrails
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of product management experience, including leading and growing a team of PMs
- Deep experience with developer platforms, DevOps, or SDLC products at an enterprise scale
- Hands-on technical comfort, including reading code and engaging in design discussions with engineers
- Experience with enterprise change-management or release-governance systems
- Proven ability to build and defend strategic cases at the executive level and navigate cross-business-unit governance
