Director of Product Management
Job Summary
Leading the product strategy for an enterprise data foundation, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will define capabilities, set the vision and roadmap for data systems, and manage the intake and prioritization of platform initiatives to deliver scalable and trusted data products across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Define platform capabilities and establish standards for data governance, quality, and access controls
- Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for the enterprise data foundation, aligning investments with business priorities
- Oversee the intake and prioritization process for platform initiatives while ensuring stakeholder alignment and transparency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
- Ten or more years of experience in product management or data-related roles, with at least five years in technical product management for data platforms
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and modern data architecture concepts
- Demonstrated success in shaping data platform capabilities and leading prioritization processes for shared enterprise platforms
- Strong SQL proficiency and knowledge of enterprise data platform architecture and governance
